RemiliaNET Alpha v0.4.1: Christmas Hat Time
Throughout December, the RemiliaNET team will be delivering weekly rapid-fire updates to give our dear users new content and prepare for the holidays. This marks the first of three incoming updates to ring in the holiday cheer, mainly focused on our new "Santa-fy" functionality for holiday themed profile pictures.

Christmas Hats
As is tradition, every year during the holiday season, users on Twitter, Discord, and various other platforms will photoshop their profile pictures to have a little tiny Christmas hat or some other similar themed holiday decorations.
Here at Remilia, we felt it best to expedite this process and provide a service to RemiliaNET users that automatically applies a Christmas hat to the character in their particular chosen avatar. There are several styles of hat to choose from and each hat is custom context-fit for maximum cohesion, thanks to the miracle of an Artificial Intelligence™ that Remilia enslaved for this sole fleeting purpose.
RemiliaNETizens will be able to apply Christmas hats to any of their officially supported Remilia-eco NFT profile characters and the hat will be reflected onto their SSO profile for everyone to see.
We also offer the option to apply a hat onto any image you provide. The machine servant has a higher rate of success at applying hats to actual characters or humanoid outlines and you get a limited replenishing rate of shiny arcade tokens to fit into the worn slot located on the side of its titanium alloy skull, so decide wisely which images you'd prefer to plop a festive hat onto.
If the idea of an express delivery Christmas hat appliance service titillates you, the weirdly specific blog reader who has not yet made a RemiliaNET account, we would like to kindly remind you that making an account on our beautiful platform is free. Account creation is the only barrier between you and a merrier holiday aesthetic.
The Santa-fy Xmas Hat Generator is available any time under the profile menu in the top right corner of the site, simply click on your name and note the cheerful candy cane stripe button begging and pleading to be clicked.

What's next?
You can expect wintery holiday beetles to appear for a special limited time alongside a very big full update to the site. The beetles are very rambunctious and have a horrible habit of ripping and eating gift wrapping paper, tearing ribbons to shreds, and so forth. We apologize in advance if your delightful present is exposed bare before Christmas day, there's really not much we can do to stop them.
The update after will feature another surprise launch which this current blog update will tell you absolutely nothing about. Our one hint is that every child at least once in their life has gotten both an exciting playful present and also a less flashy, maybe more adult present in their life. They often toy with the playful present immediately with excitement, but soon grow to find that the "mature" gift provides them a deep meaningful value which impacts them for years to come...
Anyway, you'll find out more just before Christmas Eve.
